Vendor Agreement
EMS Constructors & Handyman aims to conduct business with the
highest degree of integrity and in the most professional manner possible.
We also expect the same conduct from each of our sub-contractors
and affiliate vendors.
Business Conduct
There are certain expectations that are expected of any business. Here is a small list
of expectations we have at EMS Constructors & Handyman:
- EMS expects all sub-contractors to be properly licensed (when applicable). This expectation
includes, but is not limited to:
- Current city transaction privilege tax license(s)
- State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors
- Current General Liability Insurance
- EMS expects their sub-contractors to be responsible and pay any applicable sales/transaction taxes where required. AZ Forms 5000 and 5005 are available upon request.
Job site Conduct
Some forms of conduct are simply unacceptable on our job sites.
Any sub-contractor or vendor associated with EMS Constructors
understands that ...
- any form of drug or alcohol use on our job sites will not be tolerated.
- parking on anything other than streets or driveways is is not allowed. You are
not allowed to park on a customer's lawn simply because you find it
convenient.
- they will be responsible for removing any debris or
mess from all job sites they create. (Any contracts written attempting to seek exemption will
not be considered).
Payment Policy
EMS Constructors aims to keep both Accounts Receivable AND Accounts Payable at or near zero.
EMS Constructors has the following policies regarding their Accounts payable.

Invoices submitted on or before close of business (5PM) on Friday are processed for payment
by close of business (5PM) on the following Monday.
- A valid W-9 completely filled out and signed will be required prior to ANY payment being made.
- Final payment for any job over $1,000.00 will only be made in exchange for an
Unconditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment document.
If you are unable to be present for the exchange of the above documents, we will accept
a Conditional Waiver and Release on Final Payment.
